Fiona Morgan is the founder of Collaborate Kids OT. Since graduating from the University of Newcastle in 1995 with a Bachelor of Health Sciences (Occupational Therapy), Fiona has worked as a paediatric occupational therapist across south and south-west Sydney and in Cambodia. Her Masters research on family-centred practice has been published in leading journals Child: Care, Health and Development and Disability and Rehabilitation.

Fiona has extensive experience in the out-of-home care sector and has a passion for supporting children who live with the effects of early trauma and disrupted attachments.

Fiona understands that every child is unique, with their own individual strengths, interests and challenges. She loves to collaborate with families, preschools, child care centres and schools to build connections and create safe and nurturing environments where each child can thrive.

A registered Occupational Therapist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and member of Occupational Therapy Australia, Fiona is also endorsed under the Medicare Better Access to Mental Health Care Scheme to provide focused psychological strategies. Children with plan managed or self-managed NDIS funds are able to receive services at Collaborate Kids OT.
